By accessing and using WAPI services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service for spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service to send malicious content

3. API Usage

When using our API, you must:

• Keep your API keys confidential and secure
• Comply with rate limits and usage quotas
• Follow WhatsApp's Business Policy and Commerce Policy
• Not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

4. Payment Terms

All fees are charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Payment is required before service activation. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

WAPI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our service.
