Get help from our team
Click the "Get Started" button in the navigation menu, fill in your details, and verify your email address. Once verified, you can start using the API immediately with our free tier.
After logging in, go to your dashboard and navigate to the "API Keys" section. Click "Generate New Key" to create your API key. Make sure to save it securely as it won't be shown again.
From your dashboard, click "Add Device", scan the QR code with WhatsApp on your phone (Settings → Linked Devices → Link a Device), and your device will be connected within seconds.

Yes! You can send images, documents, audio, and video files. Use the media_url parameter in your API request. Supported formats include JPG, PNG, PDF, MP3, MP4, and more.
Pricing is based on message volume. You pay a monthly subscription for your plan tier, plus a small per-message fee. All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Check our pricing page for detailed information.
We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, credit/debit cards, e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA), and virtual accounts from major Indonesian banks.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
